For logit models, the CORs, AORs and corresponding CIs were calculated. For unadjusted models, they were: MCFCM COR=1.24, 95% CI=1.01 to 1.48 and ALOFCM COR=1.21, 95% CI=1.02 to 1.42. For adjusted models, they were: MCFCM AOR=1.25, 95% CI=1.02 to 1.56 and ALOFCM AOR=1.20, 95% CI=1.01 to 1.42.
